Shipping & Collection Options

ORDER PROCESSING

Confirmed orders will be processed within 48 hours during business hours.

Orders received on a Friday after 12:00pm will be processed the following Monday.

Orders received over a weekend or public holiday will be processed the following business day.

Please note the store’s trading hours:

Mon - Thurs: 9am - 5pm

Fri: 9am - 3pm

Weekends: Closed

Public Holidays: Closed

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship out orders via Pudo. You have the option to select Locker to Locker, or Locker to Door.

 • The amount charged is determined according the weight & dimensions of your order, as well as the

  option selected.

• You are able to select your option at check-out. Please note that we do not take responsibility for

  incorrect Locker Locations selected, or Addresses provided. Please ensure you provide us with

  correct and accurate details.

• Once your order has been deposited in a locker, you'll receive a notification (SMS or in-app) with a

  PIN and potentially a QR code when your parcel is ready for pickup. Enter the PIN (and/or scan the

  QR code) to open the locker and retrieve your parcel.  

• You are able to track you order using the locker number you received via SMS, by visiting the

  following website: https://customer.pudo.co.za/track

Click & Collect – Pick up In-Store

Should you choose the Click & Collect option, you are welcome to contact us either via email –  info@mickleandmore.co.za, or by calling or messaging us via Whatsapp on the following number: 068 333 9044 to find out when your package will be ready for collection, and to make an appointment accordingly. A pin location will also be sent via Whatsapp
